Licensing
Our licensing process includes world-class training and instruction to help you pass the loan officer licensing exam the first time. You are required to complete a 20-hour national standardized education class (the “Safe Course’) and pass a national loan officer licensing exam. We provide the tools and resources for your to take the 20-hour Safe course over a 5 or 7 day period from the convenience of your home. We also include a robust test preparation package to ensure you have all the resources necessary to pass the licensing exam. Of course, all the course fees, test fees and NMLS licensing fees are included in our package price. Our team members are there to guide you through the entire exam to licensing process.
Originate
Once you’re complete with licensing and onboarding, you are ready to originate loans. You can originate FHA, Conventional or VA loans, whether a customer wants to purchase or refinance a home. We provide you with the training necessary to be able to take applications and originate loans from your referral sources. Once you submit an application, a loan officer partner will work with you and the borrower to bring the loan to closing. Best of all, with our technology, you will be able to track the loan’s progress throughout the process and will never be in the dark regarding your client’s approval.
Get Paid
Once your licensed to originate mortgages, you will be compensated for every close loan that you submit. You will be paid by check or direct deposit, depending on your preference. We do not compensate for referrals due to RESPA guidelines.
